RTS Principles: Lower Extremity
This 2 day course will cover current best practice for physical therapists and athletic trainers on rehabilitation and return to sport principles for the lower extremity.
We will challenge traditional models of rehabilitation while providing solutions that actually meet the needs of athletes and match the demands of sport.
We specifically tackle exercise prescription, plyometrics, neurocognitive training, and evidence based return to sports testing for lower extremity conditions. Laboratory components will cover key psychometric skills in lower extremity sports examination and neurocognitive rehabilitation for the lower extremity.
